Cyberplanner Stamp II

My second stamp. Yeah it's totally different from the common size used on DA. I still don't know how to make correctly. Apologies guys.
The size i used is: 514 x 299 ("what? that's wrong!") I know I know. At my first stamp i tried to make an animated stamp but doesn't move in preview quite disappointing. I tried many times in different ways and re-size the gif but didn't worked.   I need to figure out how this works.
But i just want some stamps from characters that i didn't found. So i'll make some. Yeah in this size 514 x 299. When DA re-size them it looks good, bit bigger ("I didn't liked") It's okay. Not everyone needs to like does it? Anyway... my point it's make them and learn how to make an actual animated stamp in normal size used. (Yeah sweeties I've tried on my own and still not working so I'm just making not animated).
